Frequently Asked Questions

Everything You Need to Know

We've answered the most common questions about our programmes to help you make an informed decision.

Do I need any prior computer experience to join?
Not at all. Our programmes are designed for complete beginners as well as those with some experience. We assess your current level during the initial consultation and recommend the most appropriate starting point for you.
What is the typical class size?
We keep our classes small, typically 6-8 students maximum, to ensure everyone receives individual attention and can learn at a comfortable pace. This also creates a friendly, supportive atmosphere where students often help each other.
How long do the programmes typically last?
Programme length varies depending on the course and your learning goals. Basic digital literacy courses typically run for 6-8 weeks with weekly sessions, whilst more comprehensive programmes may extend to 12 weeks. We're flexible and can adjust the pace based on the group's needs.
Do you offer both in-person and online classes?
Yes, we offer both options. Our Dublin location hosts in-person classes, and we also provide online sessions for students throughout the EU. Many students find the in-person experience more comfortable initially, but our online classes are designed to be just as supportive and interactive.
What equipment do I need for the courses?
For in-person classes, we provide all necessary equipment. For online learning, you'll need a computer or tablet with internet access. We can advise on suitable equipment during your consultation and even provide basic setup assistance if needed.
